In your first session, Aksentiia will listen to your needs and goals. She will gather all the necessary information to create a personalized 30-day plan just for you. This plan is designed to help you lose weight, boost your energy, or improve your sleep in a healthy way.

Step 2: Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking

If the plan works for you, you’ll check in every month for progress tracking and plan adjustments. Aksentiia will stay in direct contact with you to ensure you stay on track. Together, you’ll move step by step toward your goal, making changes as needed for the best results!
